In this fast-paced life that we are living in, it is important to note that speed means everything. Don`t get me wrong, there are times that we need to slow down, smell the roses, take a long hot bath, but when it comes to impacting the lives of those around you, it must be fast, impactful and with intention. My mentor, a 22-year-old woman, Boss-lady in Network Marketing, said these words to me, "the speed of the leader, determines the speed of the pack". I understood immediately, that when you are leading individuals, they will follow your lead. It is important to note that the pace that you start and finish the race, will exactly be how they run the race.

Why does it Hurt so BAD?

Written by

Death is not always easy to get used to. It is probably one of the most difficult times that we can ever go through. Losing a loved one through illness, crime, prematurely, it doesn`t matter. It`s still something we can never get used to. So how do we deal with the agony, the pain and the endless hurt?

I find it very strange that people often make New Year`s resolutions by making positive declarations, eg. "this year is the year that I`ll turn my finances around", this is the year I`m going to lose weight", this is the year I`m getting that promotion, that car, that new house, that degree etc..often that not, after the first few weeks of the New Year, all those things are gone! We are not committed, we don`t have the courage nor the will power to follow through.

 1 Samuel 16vs13

13 So Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon David.

Relentless in your Goals

Written by
There are 3 types of people in any society when it comes to goal-setting. These types determine whether they`re going to go with the flow or show the flow. They are the risk-takers or the ones who will just sit back and hope things will change. The definition of insanity is "doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results". It`s like a farmer planting apple seeds expecting a banana tree to grow.

So who are these people?
  1. Those who wait for things to happen
  2. Those who ask: "What happened?"
  3. Those who make things happen

What is FEAR

Written by

Fear is one of the things that can cripple us to reach our full potential. It is one of those feelings in our lives that sometimes disables us to to go and believe beyond the norm. Many have tried to overcome it. Others have failed where others have thrived. Others had triumphs whilst others faced trials.

He who has friends, must himself be friendly

He who has friends, must himself be friendly.

It`s amazing how God in all His wisdom connects people with one another. He draws them together through common things such as; likes and dislikes, hobbies, principles, moral values and standards, academic qualifications (eg. most doctors hang out with doctors, lawyers with lawyers, firefighters with firefighters), but then He has a sense of humour by allowing people from different walks of life to connect with one another. They are the ones who are united amidst their diversity.
